He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1985 and LLB in 1987. In addition, has also qualified Company Secretary (ACS) in 1989, and Diploma in IFRS in year 2011 from ACCA, London. He has got rich experience in the conduct of Statutory and Tax audit work of companies, firms and Trust/institutions. He has good knowledge in the field of Indirect Taxation – Goods and Service Tax. He has experience in implementation of various ERP softwares for Accounts, MIS and office Management. He has developed various utility software himself for efficient running of the business. He has worked overseas for 15years in various senior positions and joined V.Venugopalan & Associates in 2014.
